Cannot Reinstall??

Have windows server 2000 and when i restart server sometimes the Symantec BE will not come up.it ask for logon password which never works.i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with success.i uninstalled the program only option but now when i try reinstall i get a box about SQL server.this server has SQL server 2005 on it.i attached a screenshot. the program still shows in add/remove but will not uninstall something that isn't there.is ther a way around my problem?/

Fixed,i just manually uninstalled and reinstalled,just did'nt want to go to that extreme..
