Cannot register Arcserver exchange agents

I am having trouble registering the Exchange agents. As soon as I type in a valid mailbox alias and service account and password and Domain and click next, I get an error saying the following......Failed to get the information for the specified account EC=1314, any idea's

could you please be more specific in what versions of arcserve, exchange agent, exchange server and mail client you are running? Don't forget to mention the respective service pack levels. Is exchange server local or remote to arcserve? Is it PDC/BDC or standalone? Which version of NT is running? Are you performing single or multi domain installation?
