cannot receive incoming call

Hello,
We recently lost our IT director who did all the phone programming. We are struggling through this but I have a problem with a particular phone that I need to get corrected quickly. I do not know exactly what system other than it is Nortel with voicegate voicemail. This person can make inside calls, can call outside but cannot receive any incoming calls. When she does make a call,and hangs up there is one long ring. I have checked demarc, call forewarding, foreward on busy, foreward on no answer, tried to set as another phone setting, all to no avail. When you call from outside just rings. As a probation officer it is important she receive her calls. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Does the user have a DID (direct #)? If so and if u have a Norstar/BCM u need to verify that the target line has been setup w/ the rec'd digits and is assigned to their phone ext.

It sounds as though the voice mail system is fake forwarding the call, insure the voicemail box also has an extension number attached.
