Cannot reach the Internet

Firebox 1000
Routed mode
Have saved the *.cfg file to the FB, and have saved a backup to a network drive.

Have set up both numbers to reply to pings. Can ping the inside but not the outside number and cannot get through to the outside world from the inside of the firebox. Had a friend run a ping from the outside and there was no response.

What do I need to change to allow access from inside to the internet?

Can you provide a little more information?

What kind of filters do you have installed? HTTP-Proxy?

Are you allowing outgoing TCP traffic?

Watch your TRaffic analysis, when you try to browse to a site or ping what messages come across the Traffic Monitor?
