Cannot RDP to XP PC

Hello,

I can rdp to an XP PC from the server in an sbs2008 domain. When I establish a connection from a remote location using Zywall ipsec vpn client, I can rdp to the server when the vpn tunnel is open. However, I cannot rdp to the XP PC. Can ping the PC when the vpm tunnel is open.
Why can I rdp to the pc from the lan, but not from a remote location?

Is the built-in Windows XP firewall on?

If so, have you checked if there is some XP firewall setting blocking your VPN IP Range?

Try to disconnect the XP firewall to test.

it appears sbs2008 group policy default setting for rdp access only allows from local subnet.
I have followed instructions in

but still does not work.
Will use remote web workplace instead.
