Cannot print/preview in Lotus Org 6

Unfortunately, there is one manager that uses this software in the company. When trying to print the calendar or contacts, or just anything, the layout drop down list is empty.

I already specified the layout directory in "user preferences" but when you click on print or preview, nothing happens. Please advise.

I'd like to add, if I try to click on "paper", I get:

Organizer can't open "c:\lotus\org6\organize\layouts\ORG1001.PLT". The file may be in use, may have been deleted or you are not connected to the network.

This stuff is really confusing.
