Cannot print in Crystal 10

Hello,
I am having an issue with a client that has just installed Crystal 10 EMbedded Ent. They cannot print or export on any of their machine with their network clients but if I attached from my computer into their network then I can print and so can anyone else that logs in from our network. I think it must be a security issue but haven't bee able to figure out where. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you log on to the server, logon as the anonymous user of the web site. If there are no printers available to print to then you might have found your problem. I am assuming that you are trying to do server side printing.

It is not much but I hope I have given you a push in the right direction.

this problem ended up being that I was calling crystalreports.webreportsource which was how it was explaied in the beginning of the year. I needed to change this to crystalreports10.webreportsource.1 within my hmtl page. Thanks for your response though.
