cannot print from client but can from server

we have a citrix metaframe XP server running W2K sp3 citrix SP3 FR2 - when clients print, the job acts as if it goes to the printer but never actually prints. there are no events in the event logs. if I log in as a domain user or as administrator at the server it prints without a problem. these are direct connect network printers with drivers loaded for windows 2000. any help would be appreciated

Is this a network printer installed on the citrix server or is it installed locally on the client's PC and then auto-client creating? If you are having trouble discerning: when the user selects the printer while working in citrix, what is it's complete name?

Hi Kpage, I have the exact same problem, with network printers installed on the TS (Win2K, Metaframe XP) as tcp/ip printer ports and Win2k drivers. My users however, can print printer test pages and even from some applications, but not at all from MS Word (Office XP). Can your users print test pages from the printer properties?

There is an issue with Terminal Services printing on W2K SP3 server, which may apply. See
