Hello,

I have a database with multiple forms that have been working fine for the last few months. Just recently our printer was fixed and since then, I cannot print from one specific form, but all the others are ok. I can print if I go into File-Print, and select a different printer first then go into File-Print and select my original printer. After that, I am able to print from the form. Has anyone ever come across something like this?

Thanks,

Andrew

I don't know for sure, but i'd try the on click event property and compare it against the same event on the other forms. Find the on click event property in the report properties.

Thanks Nathan but I already analyzed all my code. The problem definitely has to be with the printer and how it being accessed from the form. Once I select the printer through the menu bar, I can print from the form.

Possibly this???

Open the form in design view.
In the Access menu, click File -> Page Setup
Select the Page tab
Check settings at bottom...should be either Default or Specific

I have a feeling it may be set to specific...which is not a valid printer or something along that lines.

I have seen a similar issue in some of my reports...which is what sparked my memory. I don't know if this is the issue, but the same settings for reports exist for forms on the above described tabs....

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
