Hello, we are running CE 10, and have been successfully for some time now. I have recently uploaded a report to the server, and received the following error when trying to preview it:

Unable to retrieve Object.
Object doesn't support this property or method

The report runs correctly on a desktop version of Crystal Reports 10, and runs correctly on the server (executes and emails recipients). Now, no report on the server can be previewed (I suspect that I discovered the error rather than caused it by trying to preview this latest report).

Lastly, when I examine the Even Viewer for the server, there is the following warning:

Source: Crystal_WebCompServer
EventID: 35302
Description: NT Authorization Required

Any thoughts would be truly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a security issue with the database. Within the crystal report,, is the database and sign info correct for the database you are hooking into?? Have you changed any security with the database? Removed an userids, that could have been "generally", setup..

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Yeah, the database server/logon/pw are correct; and the same credentials work from the server if I use the client version (Crystal Reports run on the server as opposed to through the web). Also, remember that the report still runs successfully (executes, and emails *.pdf to destination); would that stop working also if the DB credentials were incorrect?

However, now that you mention security, I did notice that several Windows 2003 Security patches were applied recently. I plan to do some digging to see if they could have affected it.

One last note, the second piece of the error "Object doesn't support this property or method" sounds like a javascript error, and I believe Crystal relies pretty heavily on JS to do it's business.
