Cannot Play Old calls on NICE_CLS

Hello,

I am having issues playing old or achieved calls on NICE CLS. error message is the requested call is not available for playback.
the Storage server is achieving the old calls.

i have checked the website. will be required to make some payment before they would listen to my issue. it will be appreciated if you can assist me with the archive class 7. Thank You

You can find below, how can you change archiveClass.
This Script just change Archive Class. If archive path deleted from DB you cannot retrieve calls

select * from tblinteractioncatalog

select * from tblstoragecenterXX
where iFsArchiveClass = 7

update tblStorageCenterXX set iFsArchiveClass = 2
where iFsArchiveClass = 7

Note: Before any update on the DB you must have solid backup.

script provided is for a NICE perform System the Version here is 8.9. the syntax of SQL script is also correct as the schema is different in 8.9
