Cannot ping domain names but IP's work

I can ping the IP addresses of fully-qualified domain names but when I try to ping with their name it gives me unknown host and the name of the host. Can someone please help me or guide me into some solution I can access my server and everything going into my network neighborhood but when trying to get into the internet it doesnt work either it gives me an error "Page cannot be display".

So, ping 207.61.136.40 will work but ping

http://www.corel.com

will not work?

If so, you have a DNS problem. Make sure you have the correct address in the DNS box.

Thank you accessdabbler I found some solution I basically reinstall network protocols. Thank you once again.

Deleting the WINSOCK2 folder in the registry and rebooting the machine works to resolve the DNS error also
