cannot open vm pro application

i have noticed this happen sporadically on a bunch of my ipos

yes most of them are through remote desktop and logmein connections but usually a reboot of the service fixes it

some are on latest rev of 7 latest of 8 and latest of 8.1

when i click launch the application it shows it is starting to open then crashes

is there any reason for this besides the fact that im remoted to the computer

You have multiple Windows RDP sessions active and can only have 1 copy of VM Pro working at a time.

When you have VM Pro closed, does VMPro Client.exe still show up in task manager?
 
Do you have updates turned on?
I had an issue today where the CPU went 100% and never stopped doing that.
I removed the last updated (24th of this month) and removed and reinstalled everything.
The database was corrupt and i had to export and import all the modules to get it working again.
Every system i tried did the same thing.

I have had this happen to me recently on a virtual server install. I don't know what caused it but I ended up having to reboot the server in order for it to work again. Isn't this fun?...
