Cannot open Jpeg by double left clicking

For some reason I am unable to open a jpeg in Paint Shop Pro 9 plus any other file types when double left clicking the file.

The PC seems to pause before giving an error stating that its unable to find the file.

I have to right click and choose OPEN to successfully do so.

I'm running XP Pro SP2.

I've tried uninstalling / re-installing Paint Shop Pro 9 but this doesn't help.

Any ideas?

This was a bug and there was a patch published by Jasc to fix it. Don't know if Corel still supplies it or not. You would have to contact Corel and ask.
