Cannot make the changes via the SA login...

We have an office that has moved and will be up today. The problem is we changed from an merlin legend to a definity G3v9.5. The voicemail was programmed for the legend with 3 digit, which now is 4 on the definity. We cannot make the changes via the SA login? Can anyone help?
 
On a MAP-5 Intuity Audix login in under SA and goto Switch Interface admin, then to DCIU Interface admin and you should see it in the top left corner. Wisdom is Knowledge
