Cannot make outgoing calls through Analog Trunk Expansion Module

Good day fellow tektips members,

I have issue on outside calls using through Analog Trunk Expansion Module. The incoming calls works fine but the outgoing calls is not working. I can see the status of the ports says Connected and the dialed numbers but not working. When I tried to used the Combo trunk card, it is working, so I know the line is working and the setting are fine. I have IPO 500V2 Release 8.0(46)with Analog Trunk 16 port Expansion Module in the same software version.

Also when I reboot the system, the expansion module will work both ways but after making 4 outside calls the issue will occurs.

Hope you can share some of your recommendation on this matter.

almost sounds like the ports don't release after making the call. What does it say in the system status?

It says Connected and I can see the Dialed digits and the time starts counting as if normal calls has been answered.
