Cannot login to smartcenter server 2

Help..

I am getting the message
administrator@server already connected to smartcenter server. do you want to login read-only mode.

How to I resolve this.Thanks,
 
Make sure no other admins are logged on to the management server, ie. smart dashboard policy editor or ssh/telnet. If they are have them logoff. There can only be one active administrator account logged in at any time, others must log in as read-only. If you were logged in and your computer shutdown the sessions may still be seen as active by the management module. You can either wait for it to timeout (about 15 min. i think) or you must issue cpstop and cpstart from the management module. Or use cprestart from the management module.
 
Sorry, I am a newbie with CKPT. when i perform a cpstop, cpstart or cprestart, is this mean there is downtime during the process. does this stop the FW service, or it's just kicking the other login.
 
It means that the firewall service will stop, therefore stopping al traffic. Having said that the whole process takes seconds! You could just wait for the timeout.
