I have an agent that seems to be logged into x295
At that ext. if use Feature *904 I see the agent's name and no other info.
I am not able to force the agent off from the admin web page. He alreay shows as logged off.
Realtime reporting shows the skill set of "Intercom".
Aside from rebooting the BCM tonight is there a cleaner way to get this agent logged out?
