Cannot Locate IP Office Via Manager

Hello all, first off im new here and looking for some answers.

I have a IP412 i have it into my network and 2 phones attached which all work fine. I am trying to get into it via Office Manager V6.0(1201) but for some odd reason the unit doesn't become discoverable.

any assistance is appreciated.

If you use Vista with only one NIC then broadcasting works, in any other case broadcasting does not work.
