Cannot launch call pilot manager using element manager

I have several BCM's (450,50) that will not launch call pilot manager using the launch button inside of the application section in element manager. Anyone have any ideas???

Make sure your Java and Element Manager are both up to date:
Java - Version 7 Update 51
Element Manager - Version 62.05

I have that problem and use: Open your browser type in the "IP address"/callpilotmanager
