Cannot install Nortel VPN client

Hi,
I am trying to install Nortel VPN client 4.65 on win2000. But i got an error saying that "Cannot install Contivity Client driver". After doing some research on web( particularly on tek-tips) i updated my registry with NT_IPSECSHM key and value ( i didn't have it originally on my PC). I got that from my friends PC.

Then i tried to install again but i couldn't and i got the same errors. Any help is appreciated. Am i missing any hardware in my PC. In device manager i didn't see any Nortel adapters listed.

Yes, i did. I disabled Norton anti virus and Zone Alarm firewall also during the installation.
