Cannot Import user from Exchange and some users cannot access emails

We currently have two Unity issues. We can't import users from exchange. When we attempt to the import the field to select the correct domain is blank. I looked around the DOHPropTest tool and under GC Monitor the Default Domain field is blank. Cuold that be causing the problem?

Also we have a few users that cannot access voicemail. They are getting "The system is temporarly unavailible, goodbye" then the call drops. This seems to only be effecting a few users. The effected users can access their voicemail via viewmail.

Any ideas? We're Running Unity 4.0(4)sr1.
 
Sorry users cannot access voicemail. EMail is fine.

This is a permissions issue between unity and exchange.
Rum permissions wizzard to verify that Unity has the correct permissions.
Then try again.
