We currently have two Unity issues. We can't import users from exchange. When we attempt to the import the field to select the correct domain is blank. I looked around the DOHPropTest tool and under GC Monitor the Default Domain field is blank. Cuold that be causing the problem?
Also we have a few users that cannot access voicemail. They are getting "The system is temporarly unavailible, goodbye" then the call drops. This seems to only be effecting a few users. The effected users can access their voicemail via viewmail.
Any ideas? We're Running Unity 4.0(4)sr1.
