Hopefully somebody could help me with this unique problem in BCM200.
Here's the situation; when the operator pick up the phone for incoming call, the operator cannot hear the caller. It seems the line is dropped. This happens 4 or 5 times in a day.
I've already changed the PRI module thinking that it might resolve the problem but it didn't.
Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
