cannot hear the other line

Hi

Hopefully somebody could help me with this unique problem in BCM200.

Here's the situation; when the operator pick up the phone for incoming call, the operator cannot hear the caller. It seems the line is dropped. This happens 4 or 5 times in a day.

I've already changed the PRI module thinking that it might resolve the problem but it didn't.

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

How have you tested, have people called back saying they were cut off? This could also be a LEC issue.

A ship in the harbour is safe, but that's not what ships are for.

Basically, there are three people who answer the incoming calls. When the operator takes the call, as if the caller is being cut off. Do you have any suggestion on how to track down the error? And what is LEC?
