Cannot forward to Call Pilot SDN

Would any one help me ?
I have make a night DN 8824 and insert to the Receiption DN 8811 but when afer 18:00, outside call cannot be forwrd to the voice menu 8824.

CRT0 (or 1/2/3) 18 00 09 00 (or any other time)

Insert CLS RTDA (besides CFHA CFTA HTA FNA)
Insert AEFD 8824
Insert AEHT 8824
Insert AHNT 8824
Insert ARTO 0 (or 1/2/3)

In Call Pilot, I have a SDN 8824 voice menu.

Do you have a phantom DN built? You need to build this and send the nite number to this DN. The Phatom DN must be DCFW to you VM CDN.

You can use either an ACD Queue or a CDN. If you use an ACD Queue setup NCFW to your VM number and it should fwd to your SDN
