Cannot forward fax on external email address

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up the callpilot server to be able to forward a fax to an email address.
i configured the external email server - message delivery configuration with my email server.
I can do a telnet on the port 25 of my email server but on the callpilot o have the following error :

421 PARCALLP.XXX.local(172.27.11.45) I am busy. Try again later...

When your telnet'ed on port 25, was that from the CP server or from another in the network...?

In Callpilot Manager, navigate to "Location -> Messaging -> Message Delivery Configuration"

In the section "SMTP/VPIM " "Incoming SMTP/VPIM:" should be checked.

Also note that
there is an option to disable SMTP in "Location -> Messaging -> Message Delivery Configuration -> Security Modes for SMTP Sessions" should there be a defined number of failed attempts.
