Cannot forward external calls to external number Option 11c 1

I am trying to forward a DID number to an external number. We need to do this for 6 months. I created an ACD number. It works fine if dialing from inside. But it forwards to operator if number called from outside. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the ACD code.

prt one of the incoming trunks and esn data for the number going out. Need to know the ncos of you incoming trunks.

i see the NCFW is 9732359XXXX, need to insert a 1 ie: 91732. another option is to replace the 91732 with the acod of the outbound route, or check your net_data in ld 21, under opt do you have cff or cfo??

either way cff or cfo.. the only ncos is the originating trunk.. if you do not want to change trunk ncos.. then build a analog and use rcfw and set opt cff..


external call forward works inside because the calling station ncos is used.. from outside to a maxp1, your using the ncos of the trunk... if you use an analog or a phantom and cdb opt cff you'll use the ncos of the forwarding station

I ended up creating a Phantom loop and programmed the DN's to analog phantom TN's.

I used CLS: CTD XFA CFXA
FTR CFW 16
FTR DCFW 16 9732359XXXX

Seems like a lot of work to just forward.
