This is illogical. The action of Forwarding is just creating a New email and copying the old stuff in automatically. A forward mail is then just a new mail with a reference in the subject. There is no functional difference.
Are you sure you cannot forward ALL of your mail ? Or is it just one mail here and there that is not forwardable ?
If the latter, then what you might have is a case of someone sending you a mail specifically set to not be copied or forwarded. That is an option when you send a mail, and it will prevent forwarding, replying with history and printing (but obviously not the Print Screen).
So if there are only a few mails that are blocked, then you might be facing this issue.
No, its all of them, our note admin is stumped by this one, i figured i give a hand and research it too, but i agree if i can detach it then send why cant i forward it, this is weird..to me..it doesnt make sense maybe a reinstall ....i would hope not ,not that its hard to do...any other options to check?
You have another user id on the computer in addition to the current user. Go to File > Mobile > Locations > Office network and clear out the other user from the options under the tabs, replacing it with the current user...
I am having the same problem with one user if someone sends him an attachment and he forwards it then you see the icon for the attachment in the email but it won't open if you click on it and doesn't open once its been sent.
But if you choose copy into new memo then you can open the attachment and it sends just fine.
