We have some problems with our IPS and call forwarding. We cannot do any CFA system wide.
I can do it with MOC, but none of the users can do it with the access code neither with a programmed button on a Dterm.
Analog phones are not working either.
All we get is a RESTRICT 6 seconds after dialing the access code and the extension.
We never get the SET TONE.
The CFA Cancel code #5 works but not the CFA Set code.
