On first Instance seems to be the Network/Server network connectivity issue. Any further advise on this will be a catch. Thanks in Advance.

Reasons for not being able to find fileserver

network cable unplugged
time and date off
password issues
windows account locked on server
network issue
Fileserver network card locked up, reboot server to fix
Iber variables are looking for different server
plus many more. The limited trans.log file you supplied does not point to anything. More information is needed

i hope this could make you guide me something, it seems to me as well the NW issue , but any idea could be helpful

This is a user / password / account issue
Check user accounts on term5 make sure all have password never expires and all accounts are not locked
Also see what windows account T5 uses, Then check BOH status for same windows account. Look for check box that user must change password on next log in and remove it there on either machine.
Beyond that, I would want to remote in and check many other settings

failed to copy emp.dbf is most likely some corruption on local machine harddrive. If it was my system. I would del all of the bootdrv folder. then run a check disk to find any issue with drive and fix. then reinstall aloha on terminal.

Can you mentioned steps how can i check on BOH and till "all accounts are not locked" or could say if any employee locked in terminal.

As well i checked on BOH dated debouts and i found below with two employee 1009 and 1030, this could be blocked on t4 which preventing T4 to connect ?

This could be an issue:

Your terminals, unless you want them to access another network (like the Internet or a wider WAN), shouldn't have a gateway. Give them an IP and a netmask, and leave the gateway and DNS blank. Post back if that doesn't help.
