Cannot find created contact folders only the default one

In outlook 2003 i have created serveral contact folders.
When I write a new e-mail, go to "TO" to find the person who I want to write to I only see one folder named "contacts" I dont see the rest of the folders for me to choose from.So I have to go in "contacts" look for the person and copy and paste the e-mail address into my new e-mail.

Right click on the folder you created, left click on properties.
Click on the address book tab.
Put a checkmark in "Use This Folder as an Email Address Book".
