Cannot enable msdl on PRI card on CS1000E Rls 5.5

We had an issue on a CS1000E Rls5.5 CPP4 pbx were on the media gateway holding the MGC ( 8 1) we programmed a PRI card (loop 127)and it worked fine (position 8 1 3)
we tried now to program another PRI card (loop 128) on slot position 8 1 4 but it is not working, when you put enable msdl ( enl msdl 8 1 4 fdl )
in ld 96 nothing happens, I have waited for 10 mins, have to type **** to return to the . state.

Any ideas??

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. Try power cycling the MG once all the programming is done & edd. Worked for me. If that does work the other problem i noticed was you could up & down the MSDL with that config but if you changed the protocal you had to reboot again.. strange but have logged a case with Nortel

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

Can you post a Pswv in the forum.
The issue is similar to one occurred on my system. I solved by upgrading the MGC loadware.
