Hi All
We have been running a company Intranet on WSS 3.0 for 10 months now and had no problems.
Recently we have lost the abiltiy to update webparts if an Ajax enabled webpart is present on the page.
Here's how we get to the issue:
Using Site Actions --> Edit Page
Modify (for instance) the announcements webpart, the OK Cancel & Apply buttons act as expected.
We then add an Ajax enabled webpart
When we try to modify the and webpart (ajax or not) the OK Cancel & Apply buttons have no effect.
Remove the Ajax webpart and the 3 buttons work fine when modifying existing web parts.
It's as if there is a javascript error (but no errors are shown). We suspect this may be caused by reminants of a feature that has been uninstalled, how can we check? Could it be this or something else?
We've been through Master pages, configs, log files etc but can find nothing that points to an error. We've used the Ajax web parts for months without issue and they have not changed.
Anybody come across this before? or have thoughts on how to resolve?
Thanks in advance
