Hi all, as of the last ~24 hours, we've experienced some issues with being unable to dial a few 866/888 numbers that we've come across. We can dial them fine externally (froma cell) and it seems all other 800/toll free numbers work with these exceptions, any ideas? When called, we get the 3 beep tone and number cannot be completedd as dialed, error 66190. Keep in mind that these numbers were able to be dialed yesterday morning. Running CallManager 6.1.1.2000-3.

Thanks very much

Sounds to me like your provider has accidently blocked certain numbers, might try calling their tech support or your rep and find out if something happened. Reason I say that is because you CAN call other 800/866#'s.

try pointing those calls to another circuit (ideally from another carrier) and see if they work - then you know its that original carrier/provider network giving you the problem

i would debug the calls on your gateway to see what is happening, get some q931 messages and report back here

let me know if you need help debugging

MG2005, once i'm ssh'd into the publisher, your advice on debugging these calls would be a huge help. I can run the script(s) needed and post all returned data for clarification. CCM is still fairly new to me :) thanks very much

You will want to run the debug commands on the router(gateway) that the PRI/Analog lines are attached to.

yes what kind of gateway do you have?

Hopefully it is running Cisco IOS and you can log into the gateway, and do a "debug isdn q931" and then make the test call and capture that call data and post it here
