I am having a problem dialing one local number. I can direct select the trunk and dial out but if dial 9 and the number, it gets reorder. If i put a disa in the pbx i also can call out. has anyone ran into this?
It is in ld 90 and going out the local trunks. When i direct access i can get out. route 1 is the local trunks

I will do a trac on monday. I am off site and had a technician go direct access the trunk but then left. I have been using a disa remotely but looks like i might need to do a road trip. Thanks
If all else fails that you are all working on; problem could be with the carrier's CO and they may have their routing incorrect for that particular number.
This is not uncommon to happen. Your home location could be processing the call thru CO A, B, and C. Any of the CO's could have their routing for that number screwed up.
When you make you call thru the ties and go out via another pbx, that pbx may have the call processed through CO's B and C. ..thus completes because CO A has routing messed up.
Making a test call via a cell phone also will prove nothing new other than it is via number. Because cell phone calls are processed differently, mainly through cell towers, then to final destination CO.
I've seen a similar situation, where BARS is programmed correct, DISA passes the call (through BARS), Direct Selecting the ACCD passes the call, but Dial-9 from a station still does not work. It may be worth "OUTing" the NXX or SPN or NPA and immediately adding it back. Or building a duplicate RLI and changing the NXX or SPN or NPA to the new duplicated RLI (and back again, at some point)
You said QUOTE (route 1 is the local trunks) but thr RLI say's it's going out route 0. So until we get the right info where just guessing.
Did you dial the Access code for Route 0 or Route 1?
This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.
This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.
Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
