Hello,

Weird issue.

Alog extns can dial some internal numbers but not others

There is no internal barring and on a trace the alog extn gets a 1643 denial "off hook dialing timeout"

Some extns are able to be rung but others just aren't.

They are a mixture of 30xx and 31xx numbers, doesn't seem to be a pattern to it.

For instance 3179 and 3065 cannot be rung by alogs whereas 3060 and 3141 can be rung.

IP phones can ring all of those numbers without issue and the above phones that can't be rung by alogs are again a mixture of H.323 and alog handsets.

Anybody any clue?

Cheers.

look at each cor and see if they are being restricted from calling each other

No it wasn't a restriction issue.

Resetting the gateway has sorted the issue.

But thanks anyway.
