Cannot delete open mails

Hi

We have a Notesuser (6.0.3) who recieves following error message when trying to delete an open mail: "Cannot remove NotesDocument when instantiated by NotesUIDocument".

Hello,

You can try to Refresh the Design on his mail file. The error sounds like a problem with design on the users mail file. Hope this helps.

Does "refresh design" mean to replace the template? If so, then it was the first thing I did, but didn't help..

Hello,

You would bookmark the DB, right click, Refresh Design. This will refresh the design with the default template. I would then try a fixup from the Domino Admin client. More info can be found in the Domino Admin Help File.
