I have been trying to delete the CDN. I keep getting error code SCH5351 "cannot remove a CDN when it has default calls in its default ACD-DN." I checked the queue and there are no calls. I deleted all agents. I will INI if I have to as a last resort. So I'm stuck, any help is much appreciated.

hmm, creat a new acdn, chg the cdn to host the new one. out the cdn, and then the acdn you just built. should work.

an INI is not a good solution for this.

I already changed the DFDN (ACDN) on the CDN to a different one and deleted the old DFDN. I understand an INI is not good for this situation, but I can't figure it out. I thought it could be a AUD 422. The switch thinks there is a call in the queue, but when I logged in as an agent there were no calls.
