Every time I try to delete a job in my 'Job Queue'...arcserve hangs - then the program shuts down. How do I manually delete the job without corrupting the other jobs that are working properly?

Stop the Job Engine and find the job number from job status screen then go to the path where you installed the product and find the folder 00000001.qsd and delete the job which gives the problem and start the job engine again.
