Cannot delete ACD set from queue

I would like to remove a meridian set from the ACD queue to work as an extension. I cannot null key 0 or change this key to a DN.
How can I remove this set from the ACD queue?

What is the SCH code you are getting?

Have you tried outing the set completely?

Most probably it's been hold by the CTI. Try going to LD 48 and typing

DACR AGT l s c u

the agnt should be on key 24 of the 2nd spv... you may have corruption!! remove key 24 anyways and try to chg the agnt!

I agree. But there are only 2 supervisors and the printout shows no association.

looks like someone has already been messing around on the agent set - no msb or nrd key on the set. most likely an easy change, that would explain the corruption... corruption doesn't alway happen when you change an acd set, but when it does, its can get ugly.

or if you don't think its corruption, you can try going to ld 81 and listing out all the spv set and check everyone of them to see if your agent 326 is on any other supervisor set.

you can try a sysload to clear the corruption, should fix your problem if the corruption isn't real bad

and that is why we always out and rebuild an ACD set instead of a change... everyone has a different opinion until it bites them.... yyrkoon couldn't have said it any better

I simply moved the TN in LD 11 and programmed the old TN with the extension number.
