cannot delete a network printre

This is drivnig me nuts. I have a 2003 server with 120 users. On one laptop I cannot delete a printer that has been duplicated. The printer was added by GPO. Some how the user reinstalled the printer again.

I have tryed loggin in as an admin and deleting the printer. The printer icon says deleting but it new dose.....Any one got a clue....
