cannot delete a busy extension

I am trying to delete an extension but I cannot do it because it is busy. Any idea?

Hi rauliz,

2 things to try,
Block's position equ with the BLEQI Wait until the position is locked, and restart the board.

or restart PU ELP6 in the Lim the extn is hosted.

ELP6 is for analog extensions, rauliz is talking about digital extensions.

if the extension stays busy you can restart unit KLP1T1 in the LIM of the extension. Be aware that that all digital handsets in the LIM will be affected.

Extension is in PROGRAM MODE not busy
If it’s possible go to phone end switch off program mode or connect other phone to EQU output (MDF) end switch off program
