Cannot Create destination code in routing

Hello Team Members.
I need your help. In BCM450R6 I have created many destination codes but I face issue to create the destination code number 503. I looked all target lines , all DNs but cannot find any duplicate number. Any ideas where else to check? I have 505, 506 OK but not possible to do the 503.

Here are some place to look, some would not apply in your case and because you have already checked some of them but just in case somebody comes across this I will list them anyway.

-Line Pool Codes
-External Code
-Destination Codes
-Park Codes
-Voip Routing SIP/H323
-Target Lines
-Hunt Groups
-SIP/H323 Trunking

With BEM you can check Sets/ALL DN's and/ or DialingPlan/All System DN's
Maybe anywhere else in DialingPlan/Networks like DISA DN or Priv Access codes
And SIP Clients

changed the user to another available destination code !!
I will troubleshoot it next week.
