Cannot connect to printers on the NW

Hi all,

I have an OS9 Mac and I cannot get it to connect to printers on our network anymore. It used to connect to them just fine, but now I cant even connect just to see them. I have connectivity to the network and can connect to shares just fine. I just cannot locate any printers.

Anyone have an idea how I can get them back?

It's been a long time since OS9 but here goes

Could be a chooser thing with the appletalk being off and all that. OS9 did tend to reset itself after a desktop rebuild or PRAM zap. Hope this leads you in the right direction. Hopefully the age of the post you have it solved by now.

i reckon it might be Control Panels / network set to Remote Only or Infra Red - rather than than Ethernet

... sorry if this is bad info - getting very rusty on OS9 now
