Cannot connect to IMAP mail - iPhone and Outlook

I have an iPhone and a server running exchange 2003. On this server there are multiple email accounts being hosted. I am trying to connect to 2 of those account through IMAP. I can get one to connect fine...say user@test1.com but the other lets say user@test2.com gives me the error: Cannot Get Mail the user name or password for "user@test2.com" is incorrect. Both accounts are setup exactly the same from what I can tell so I have no idea what the problem could be....any help?

I might be closer to finding the issue.....the test2.com domain name did use to have a SSL certificate installed for a little while to do some testing...it has been removed and OWA works fine just going to http but this is the error I am getting on my exchange server when I try to connect through imap...
