cannot connect to accpac signon manager

I did workstation setup of sage accpac 6.0A with in one client PC running in Pervasive SQL. I received error cannot connect to accpac signon manager upon running accpac in this client. What is the possible solution for this?

Rerun workstation setup.

I already did that but still I received same error. Tomorrow I will try to re install the server. Actually their previous server was corrupted, the IT was able to recover something in that server and they put it in the external drive. Then they used this external drive as the directory path for accpac while waiting for the new server. Will see if re-installation will solve this.
