Hi,
I am trying to connect an Polycom SIP IP Phone to an IP Office R7.0 across a WAN Link. I am able to access other resources from the remote site to the main site but can't ping the IP Office.
I have the IP's Listed below for the IP Office, VPN Routers and IP Phones
IP Office Ip Address - 201.238.117.150
VPN Main LAN IP - 201.238.117.199
VPN Main WAN IP - 190.213.71.215
VPN Remote WAN IP - 190.58.241.178
VPN Remote LAN IP - 201.238.116.1
IP Phone IP - 201.238.116.5
Any ideas that can cause this problem?
