Cannot call some long distance numbers

We are having issues when dialing some long distant numbers. Calls to the same City work fine. We have two PRIs from two different carriers, but the issue happens on both. When we dial the number, we get dead air (no sound) the Sysmonitor shows the following errors

Also get a CallLost(cause=124) - not sure what that is

Default filter settings with ISDN L1-L3 enabled additionally will show you what happens.

default settings with shortcodes enabled in the Call filter will do, the call does not hit the PRI line so i don't think any usefull will be there.

A cause 124 means the call is answered/redirected to another destination
Something is wrong with your short codes.

Basically you send a incomplete number to the line which then wait for additional digits which arent received so it time outs with the cause 124
Check your shortcodes, probably a missing semicolon in the shortcode:
SC = 9N;
TN = N
etc
