Cannot call long distance

I have just built a phone in my nortel system. I have set NCOS to 1, CLS has UNR. If I try to call a long distance number in state I am being prompted for a long distance authorization code. What could I be missing?

Check the NCOS of a set that can dial long distance, normally my NCOS for long distance is 5

Print out a phone that you know works and compare it to what you built and make any appropriate changes.

ncos is flexable.. in my box ncos 5 in not defined, so if you use it, ncos 5= frl 0...

if you can not look at load 86, do the stare and compare.. if the auth code is set by the provider, you do not have control././ or go to 88 and prt aub and aut
