Greetings,
I am looking for assistance with a production-stopping problem. We are currently changing our IP Address Scheme (in the last week) and in the last 3-4 days, we have lost access to LDAP. We use LDAP to simply connect our Help Desk Application's Address book to our Exchange 5.5 SP4 Server and also to authenticate. Since our recent IP Address changes (not blaming that, but keeping options open), we have lost contact with LDAP. We have hopefully checked and triple checked all settings that lie within the Exchange Administrator program and we have confirmed that all IP Addresses are set and that no old addresses exist anywhere. Looking for assistance with other troubleshooting ideas. I have used an LDAP tool to connect and bind, however, I am unsuccessful with that too. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! If you need additional information, please do not hesitate to post a reply with questions. I'm sure I forgot something.
Thanks!
